Robert E. Topper, MD, FACS is a Board Certified Surgeon with over 30 years experience treating varicose veins. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1984 and trained in General and Vascular Surgery at Brookdale University Medical Center in New York. He also did additional training in Hand and Microvascular Surgery and has done research in Microvascular Surgery. He has been in practice in Boca Raton since 1993.
