Insurance and Payment

Our office accepts many insurances. When calling to make your appointment be sure to have your current insurance information. We will verify what coverage is available under your plan and set up payment arrangements if needed.

If you have any questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our office administrators are always on-hand during our regular business hours to address your questions and assist you in resolving your questions and address your concerns.

South Florida Vein Surgery

Many of our procedures and treatments are covered by insurance. If you do not see your insurance plan above, please contact our office. We will be happy to see if we can obtain what is called an “out of network” provider authorization and appropriate “out of network” benefits for you.
